Trust you have arrived safely and find the accommodations adequate, considering the purpose of the exercises. No doubt you are considerably occupied with training so we do not expect to hear from you too often over the coming weeks.

However, in light of our conversation this past week, did wish to remind you to report any observations you make regarding FS or his influence in the programme. Particularly if you perceive he and DU are combining their efforts in any troublesome way.

Regardless, do enjoy the activities - to the extent possible, of course.

Your mother sends her love and wishes me to ask you to take care of yourself (and I do not believe she means to confine the instruction to wearing dry socks or eating sensibly). Also that she has undertaken the preparations for our holiday, according to your requests. For my part, rest assured you understand the risks involved and shall neither disappoint nor endanger yourself, so that we may have you safe home again on your return.

Doubt there shall be much time during Freedom Day for any private conference but, should you have reason to need it, am confident we may seize the opportunity after the formalities have been observed. Look forward to seeing you in any case, and until then I remain,
