Jun. 27th, 2012 11:50 amTimetable changes for to-morrow and Friday:
Inspection tour of Tedford to-morrow morning, urgent. See if Fudge can move to afternoon. Contact the Elysian and change Friday morning's duelling course booking to earlier: 6:00 or 7:00 is fine. Not later than 8 o'clock. Inform Travers, Mulciber and Glendower of the new time, when you have it. (Yes, Glendower - the younger, if you please.)
Also add in meeting Friday at 10:00 o'clock: Crouch, Travers, Rowle. Under no circumstances confirm with Rowle's assistant - go through him directly for his calendar. Book one of the cafes near the Ministry so they can step out without attracting notice.
Will be in Porlock and Preston rest of day, up until Court this afternoon. Contact camp administrators to arrange entry parchment for Ms Blishwick as well; others in the party all ought to have the proper credentials already.
Need first avail. with Spencer-Wells and Dominic.
Oh, and - there's a short list of engagements requiring someone to represent yet be silent. Add to your books.

Date: 2012-06-27 05:36 pm (UTC)Friday morning's duelling course is shifted to 7:00. All three gentlemen have been informed of the time change.
I have booked the private room at Brewster's. I have confirmed the meeting with Mr Crouch and Mr Travers, although I am having difficulty maneuvering past Mr Rowle's assistant. Will keep trying.
Will contact the camp administrators as requested on Ms Blishwick's behalf.
Mr Spencer-Wells and Mr Selwyn's schedules are very crowded, and I am having difficulty coordinating with their assistants to find a date that will work for all three of your calendars. Am waiting to hear back again from Mr Selwyn's. I will keep you apprised.
All of the reports have been readied for tomorrow's Board of Governor's meeting and are in your in-box.

Date: 2012-06-27 06:02 pm (UTC)Who did you speak to when booking Brewster's? They have no private room. Someone having you on - really, Weasley, you can do better than that, surely?
As for Rowle, it's Wednesday; he's likely already out of the office. Try sending an owl to Willa Morningstar; should reach him before morning.
One might think you'd not been in my office for nearly a year, if you still need instruction on such rudimentary matters.
Or has flat-hunting been occupying more of your attention of late? That was a lease application on your desk this morning, was it not? Need not remind you that the business of the realm shall not wait whilst you and Miss Clearwater select window treatments.
